The company was founded by Rebecca K. Reeves in 1991 and, under her leadership, has served numerous business, government, education, allied health, public health and social services organizations in the areas of organizational development, strategic planning, facilitation, conflict mediation, needs assessment process design and implementation, professional development, and the application of brain research to human productivity. Ms. Reeves has extensive background in consulting and training. The company was created to formally harness the tools, skills, and services that the founder provided as an independent consultant. Having the firm incorporated as a legal entity has boosted clients’ confidence that the services provided will continue to be of high quality and meet public scrutiny for the long term. In addition to maintaining a stable base of nearly 95 % of the original clients, the company’s development has led to diversifying services to government, public, and private for-profit and nonprofit agencies and organizations.
